I am especially passionate about helping culturally diverse populations achieve the best possible care. While I recognize the value of pharmacological interventions when necessary, I'm dedicated to improving quality of life through a comprehensive approach that includes therapy, lifestyle adjustments, and other non-pharmacological strategies. I am deeply passionate about providing holistic and compassionate care, especially to culturally diverse populations, by focusing on a comprehensive approach that includes therapy and lifestyle adjustments alongside medication. My primary goal is to empower patients, collaborate with them to tailor unique treatment plans, and help them unlock their full potential and achieve lasting mental well-being and resilience.
