About Dr. Jeffrey Heller

Dr. Jeffrey J. Heller was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was raised in Phoenix, Arizona. After receiving a B.S. Degree in biology from the University of Arizona, Dr. Heller received his medical degree at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa in 1983. He completed his internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, and spent three years overseas as a general medical officer in the US Army. His training as a dermatologist was completed in 1990 at the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Two years were spent as chief of dermatology at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dr. Heller began private practice in Daytona Beach in 1992. Dr. Heller is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, with special interest in skin cancer surgery and cosmetic dermatology. He has been in practice for over 30 years and is committed to providing his patients with outstanding dermatology care.
