Dr. Knowles is board certified in Adult Psychiatry and certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). He graduated from Medical School in 1978 then practiced Medicine and Addiction Medicine before completing his Psychiatry Residency at University of Washington in 1999. He has received intensive supervision with training in Montreal from 2000-2008 and continued in his Annual Conference since then. He has vast experience in Psychotherapy that include individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction and trauma issues.
