Extremely positive though check-in less effient than it could be. Only one person handling a periodic long line of us. The tablet had my appointment time wrong by 3 hrs. but instructed return to the desk where I was told that this step has not been working and if I kept hitting the Continue button I could have finished. Why not tell me when handing me the tablet so I would not have to have waiting in a long line 2x (n pain when standing).
I don't blame the staff for the ongoing nearly universal frustration from having filled out endless pages of info in the pre-check in process days earlier. Why not THEN ask the name and contact info of my primary physiain and pharmacy when it would have been easier to insert on my computer rather than now on my lap searching for that on my phone to complete the form.
Other than U of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor is this NOT a problem among friends and family. No excuse given echnology and expertise available to prevent these frustrations.

Unclear to me what exactly went wrong, but there was a total disconnect between Zocdoc and the office. When I went in for my appointment, having confirmed it online and gotten a texted reminder earlier that morning, they did not have me in the schedule and were not aware I had made an appointment. Nothing against the provider--I didn't get to see him at all!--but after waiting three weeks for the appointment the Zocdoc experience here was a catastrophic failure. So, like, probably call and set up your appointment rather than using this service, no matter how convenient it seems.

Dr. Mayer and team was truly professional. The entire care team was friendly and provided a detailed explanation of each service. Dr. Mayer explained all treatment options in detail (short term vs long-term). The visit was a successful visit because the care I received was outstanding and I felt prepared for the next steps in my journey.
The office environment is great because there is a dry- erase board to thank the Drs. And care team on exit!!!
I appreciate a healthcare team who like their job and helping patients!!!!

15 minutes appointment with looking in his watch three times toward last minute. The doc order X-ray on my Knees and on return to the office he said that I have choices only One Cortisone injection, Gell injection, or knee replacement. None is new and heated this recommendations from Dr their rating was 1 or 2. No new alternative such PT till I asked for. I get the impression that’s the Dr did not welling me because of my age (81 years). It was a very disappointed appointment.
