About Jeffrey Medina
Jeffrey Medina, L.Ac obtained his education from University of Washington & a MSA (Masters of Science in Acupuncture) from Bastyr University. He then went on to study Nei Jing Acupuncture with Edward Neal, MD of the Xinglin Institute. Nei Jing Acupuncture is especially rare due to difficulty in translating and application of the original text. The Nei Jing is the first book written on Acupuncture. This study of acupuncture works on restoring and releasing abnormal tissue planes vs. "point prescription therapy" style of acupuncture. This custom type of work does not generalize a specific condition. If you have tried acupuncture before and it didn't work for you, it may be due to a generalized style of point prescription. Nei Jing Acupuncture contains the foundation of acupuncture theory, diagnosis, pathology, and treatment. If applied correctly, acupuncture can treat not only pain, but also chronic internal illnesses.

He has such a positive, considered bedside manner, and he really listens to your concerns.

I have been treated by Jeffrey for a number years. He has helped with the relief of a number of medical problems from relief in lower back pain, relief from stress.
He is always, professional, understanding and very knowledgeable in how to handle each of my concerns.

If you are on the fence… just go! A truly wonderful experience. Jeffrey is an excellent acupuncturist. He has been my acupuncturist for many years. His initial exam is very thorough and really takes the time to listen to your concerns (which is rare!!) I initially came to him to heal from depression after spending over 4 years on antidepressants that just made me worse. It was about a year process to fully heal but even after the first treatment I felt so much emotional relief. Finally to have found someone that was willing to treat the root of the problem than just a western medicine “band-aid” solution. I continued to see him for other issues that came up and fully trust his expertise and experience with my health.
