About Dr. Jeffrey Zitel
Dr. Jeff Zitel has been providing chiropractic care to hundreds of families in the Carolinas since 1997. He completed his undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Jeff practiced in Matthews for seven years before opening his new office in Ballantyne. Conveniently located in the Toringdon Market shopping plaza, Zitel Family Chiropractic offers state-of-the-art chiropractic care to help families lead healthy lives. Dr. Jeff continues his education and research to provide the highest quality of care and conducts educational seminars throughout the community.
Growing up in Richmond Heights, Ohio, an east-side suburb of Cleveland, Dr. Jeff suffered a sports injury at a young age that left him with severe migraine headaches. After visiting numerous medical doctors without relief, he knew early on that he wanted to help others who suffered as he did.
After graduating from The Ohio State University, Dr. Jeff relocated to North Carolina for a position in medical sales. It was during this time that he learned about chiropractic care. He received his first adjustment and experienced immediate relief from years of suffering. With regular chiropractic care, he was able to overcome his migraines.
Dr. Jeff realized that helping people through chiropractic was the purpose he had been searching for in life. He enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he developed a deep interest in working with children and made it his life’s ambition to prevent anyone from enduring a painful childhood like his own.
Now, with over nineteen years of practical experience and a thriving new office, Dr. Jeff is more committed than ever to keeping families healthy through chiropractic care because of the profound impact it has had on his life.
