“Dr. Cruz was really reassuring and empathetic. After being dismissed by doctors for years, it was amazing to talk to a doctor that cares to find the cause of the cluster of symptoms I am experiencing despite normal lab work. In the consultation she listened and took detailed notes and it was so validating to hear that she understood what I was going through and would help me figure out what is happening. Everyone was so nice and personable, including the front desk.”

The staff was very friendly and kind. The office is nice. However, some of the exam rooms, partocularly those that are connected directly to the waiting area, have only lightly frosted glass between the lobby and the room. Because of this, a person who was being seen inside the exam room was completely visible to everyone in the waiting room while they were nude from the waist up. The issue of privacy really needs to be addressed. Otherwise I would recommend it

Dr. Cruz was incredibly attentive, calming, and straightforward. Her positive vibe set me at ease immediately. She had tests ordered immediately and explained why they were needed and where they could be completed. Her office staff was just as accomodating. Theywere very friendly yet professional with follow-up emails and text messaging.

My experience with Dr. Cruz was very positive! This was my very first cardiologist visit as I had experienced an increasing heart rate lately and given my family history, I thought it's good to get it checked out. Dr. Cruz was very patient in asking pointed questions to understand what's going on and explaining the situation to put me at ease. She prescribed all possible tests for a comprehensive checkup so I can have peace of mind.
The office is in a convenient location near union square. The staff members are all very friendly and responsive.
