Dr. Kraft was very good about listening to my concerns and she was very helpful. She suggested multiple solutions (including natural solutions) and discussed the pros and cons of each option with me. She also asked which options I preferred, rather than just suggesting a one-size-fits-all approach. I would definitely recommend her to others looking for a doctor who is knowledgable, easy to talk to, and open-minded.

Doctor and assistant is great! The front desk was not patient, and was not responsible. They forgot to charge my co-pay until I asked, even forgot to give me the summary report after the visit ... Tell me I can go, and I came back for all of the things that they forgot to do
