Most relevant
Appointment was not honored because the doctor "couldn't make it in that day." The front door was also locked upon arrival. While I understand someone not making it in to work, I do not understand not calling the patient to cancel the appointment. My husband and I both rearranged our schedules to attend this pediatrics appointment. I know that ZocDoc doesn't always sync properly so I even called two days before to confirm everything went through. While I am sure this office would charge a no-show fee if a patient didn't attend as scheduled, they were not respectful of my time. If you're like me and enjoy the convenience of Zocdoc, beware when booking this provider as they apparently don't honor zodoc appointments.
