I have been seing Jen for about 2 yrs. She listens to me about everything. She offers advice on ways I can improve my diet and incorporate exercise into what I’m doing. She sends me food suggestions, books and podcasts that will aide in my journey. Just love her. You wouldbe ver lucky to have her help

I have been a patient of Jenn's for the last 4 years. She has been a solid, supportive person for me as I navigated my weight-loss journey. We tried many different approaches, but none worked well. We then began discussions of weight-loss prescriptions, which I was averse to in the beginning. She still supported that, but we continued to work through what was holding me back. I decided to try a GLP-1, and I am so glad I did! She was always there each week to give me encouragement, pointers, or even a pat on the back! My insurance would no longer support my prescriptions unless I used a company they backed. I had to sign up for that, but I maintained my treatments with Jenn. I'm so glad I did. I meet with Jenn once a week for a half hour, and through this other program, I meet with someone every other week for 5 or 10 minutes! Hardly enough time to say hello! The difference in treatment is astounding. I cannot say enough good things about this program or Jenn!

I have lost over 10 lb, through diet changes, blood work to diagnose my imbalance and exercise from her advice and kind encouragement!
