About Dr. Jennifer Nguyen

Dr. Nguyen completed her undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, where she graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. After an internship at Pennsylvania Hospital, Dr. Nguyen trained in dermatology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where she served as co-chief resident, followed by a Dermatopathology Fellowship. She went on to be an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Most recently, Dr. Nguyen served as a Dermatopathologist in Maryland at Bethesda Dermatopathology Laboratory, as well as a Clinical Dermatologist at Washington Dermatology Center. She is an Associate of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatopathology. Dr. Nguyen will be joining Dermatology Specialists of Charlotte in November. Dr. Jennifer Nguyen enjoys providing compassionate, comprehensive dermatologic care to people of all ages. Her clinical interests include skin cancer detection and treatment, general medical dermatology, acne, inflammatory skin conditions, and hair disorders.
