Why I entered medicine The world of medicine always captivated me. I knew in my gut from a young age that my future would be in the medical field, helping those in need in some way. Looking back, I believe it was the challenging, empathetic, rewarding, ever-evolving nature of the career that drew me in. I am honored to fulfill my dream working as an OB-GYN physician assistant, where I can advocate for my patients and connect with them emotionally. Education and training I earned my Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and completed my Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at Salus University. Community involvement While at Penn State University, I had the privilege of traveling to La Merced, Peru, with a volunteer organization. We provided medical care and supplies to an underserved community while raising awareness of multiple medical conditions. Personal interests Besides medicine, I have a passion for traveling, cooking and baking, exercising, and shopping. I love spending time with my fiancé and our dog, as well as with friends and family.
