Jennifer Paalani, DC, is a well-respected Chiropractor with her main office just outside Newport Beach in Costa Mesa, California. I was quite pleased with the staff and their process of being a first time client. Was a little busy, but that is a good sign. The Doctor gave me plenty of time for a proper interview, with time I was able to give more detail, very confident by the end of my appointment

Busy office, pretty well organized. I saw Dr. Sarah for chiro consult, and Dr Laura for acupuncture.
Dr Laura could have been more attentive. She forgot me and another patient while talking with a third. That said, she was busy.

I would absolutely recommend this office and plan on returning soon. The water therapy was Bizarre but relaxing and my back has never felt better. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

I think the doctor could have been more conversational to get a more fuller picture of the update on the problem. The wait between the massage table and adjustment was too long a delay. I get more tense if there is too long of a delay. The adjustment itself though brief was effective in providing some relief.

When I first started coming here I could barely walk 7 was in constant pain (with my back) I have occasional flare ups, but I am much better than I was. The services are great. I have never felt like I'm being pushed to do something. I've learned a lot about my body & health. I am a lifer. I know the staff at Agape cares about my health first, and I appreciate that.
