About Jennifer Santiago
I am a board-certified Doctorate Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners since 2018. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from South University, Savannah, and hold associate degrees from Polk State College and Valencia College, as well as a Master’s in Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University. I specialize in psychiatric medication management and evaluation through an easy-to-use telemedicine platform via video or phone (for follow-ups). I offer comprehensive prescription management to support your mental wellness journey. I am here for you if you suffer from anxiety, PTSD, panic, bipolar disorder, depression, or ADHD. I am committed to delivering high-quality mental healthcare management services tailored to meet your needs.
I ONLY accept self-pay and state Medicaid Husky A and D. Please check to see if you have other insurance with your Husky plan. If so, please do not book, as I CANNOT see you. Please note I DO NOT accept Medicare or private insurance. The self-pay initial intake fee is $300 for 30 minutes, and the follow-up fee is $150 for 15 minutes.

Judgemental and rude..I filled out the forms ahead of time with my medications and she completely wasted my time and probably billed my insurance for doing absolutely nothing for me but making me feel bad about myself for meds I have been on for 15 years. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I don't often leave reviews but Dr Santiago has horrible bedside manner. I've never had an APRN be so argumentative and unsympathetic. She seems like she's overworked and could care less about a patient experience. Also her system is difficult to navigate.
