“Dr. Jacomides "diagnosed" the patient quickly and assuaged my concerns about the issue. I would have really liked to be asked if there was anything else that we could discuss since I was already there as I did want to talk about something unrelated. She seemed hurried and swept out of the room as soon as our topic was covered. The office was busy, but still, I paid for a visit, I took time to be there and just to make sure there was no other concern would have been greatly appreciated.”

About Dr. Jenny Jacomides

Dr. Jenny Jacomides, a Board Certified pediatrician, attended the University of Texas at Austin. She then finished Medical School at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Jacomides completed her pediatric residency at Children's Medical Center of Dallas. Following residency, Dr. Jacomides joined the Southwestern Medical School Faculty as an assistant professor of pediatrics. She taught medical students and residents while working in Pediatric Urgent Care and as a Pediatric Hospitalist. She also oversaw newborn care at the Parkland Memorial hospital newborn nursery. In 2006, Dr. Jacomides moved to Austin with her family. She enjoys living in the Hill Country and taking care of patients in private practice. Her husband, Dr. Lucas Jacomides, is an urologist in the Round Rock area. In her personal time, Dr. Jacomides enjoys spending time with her children. She has a 3 year-old daughter and a one-year-old son. She also enjoys art, photography and travel.
