Hi there, I'm Jeremy! I see clients with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and more. My goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care that addresses your unique needs and supports your path toward wellness. My focus I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and ADHD. My focus is on creating individualized treatment that addresses the unique challenges you're experiencing and supports your journey toward stability and wellness. My approach The best approach to mental health care, in my humble opinion, is to understand that there are different factors that make up a person's wellness. Our relationships, our health, our finances, our housing, our spirituality, and more. I utilize a combination of medications and supportive therapy to help the individual develop coping skills. My communication style I create a peaceful environment where you can fully describe what you're feeling. My intent is that every patient walks away feeling listened to and knowing they are an active participant in their treatment team. My journey to mental healthcare Prior to joining the nursing field, I worked in the US Navy on board submarines for over 12 years as a nuclear-trained electrician. Upon completion of my time in the Navy, I got a job working on robotics at a company called IM Flash in Lehi, UT. While there, I came to the realization that I had a desire to help people, not machines. My goals for you Goals are discussed and agreed upon by both the provider and the patient. In order for goals to be realized, it is imperative that the patient is active in their creation. Ideally, goals should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound; however, this type of goal is not always best in the field of mental health.
