About Dr. Jerry Lewis
Dr. Jerry Lewis, MD, is a double board-certified Pain Management Specialist and Anesthesiologist with more than 30 years of clinical experience. He earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his Anesthesiology residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital.
As founder and Medical Director of Lewis Pain & Physical Medicine in Frisco, Dr. Lewis serves patients throughout Collin County and the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He is known for thoughtful, individualized evaluations that address the underlying causes of pain, improve function and mobility, and reduce reliance on long-term medication or unnecessary surgery.
Dr. Lewis commonly evaluates back and neck pain, herniated discs, sciatica, cervical and lumbar radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, neuropathy, fibromyalgia, arthritis-related pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, complex regional pain syndrome, and post-surgical or injury-related pain.
Following a comprehensive evaluation, treatment plans may include image-guided injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, platelet-rich plasma therapy, and other clinically appropriate interventions.

I would send an of my friends or my family to this office if they needed pain management! Dr. Lewis took time to listen to me and explain all of the treatment options clearly. The staff were all very friendly and I felt heard and cared for, not treated like how I was at other offices. His treatment plan is already helping me tremendously and I feel like am starting to get my life back!
