Offering up to 50% off the standard fees for up to one year for those who have experienced recent job loss; veterans who are seeking care outside the VA; and adult nontraditional students WITH dependents. 20% discount also offered for individuals meeting the following income restrictions: annual income less than $100K per year WITH dependents annual income less than $50K per year WITHOUT dependents
