Diagnosis was quick and confident. It made me feel better to know that the medical staff knew immediatly what my issue was and got me on my way to feeling better. I also appreciate that the appointment was scheduled on short notice.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The dermatologist seemed rushed, had very little bedside manner, and came across as short and unfriendly. He insisted that I get my skin tag biopsied or else he wouldn’t remove it, and the way it was communicated felt very abrupt, clinical, and uncaring. I left the appointment feeling dismissed and without the professional care I was hoping for. I have had many dermatologist appointments through the years, and this visit ranks as one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. I truly hope future visits are handled with more patience, more caring, and a more personable approach.
