The waiting room was very clean, reception was friendly. The Doctor and the nurse in the room were SO NICE! They guided me through each step of the skin exam and made sure I was comfortable the entire way through. She promptly listened to what I had to say, eased my concerns and delivered clear factual answers. My anxiety was eliminated! Will be coming back for my annuals!

I highly recommend! The front desk staff was friendly. One of them seemed to be in training but she did great. I did have a 30 minute wait but the doctor later apologized for it. The consultation was quick but it covered everything I wanted to talk about. She listened to my concerns and went step by step on what I have to do.

This is my first time actually going to a dermatologist as an adult and it felt really really great going to Jessica , definitely learned something that I didn’t know and she definitely helped cleared up some concerns. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, and at no point was I informed that I wouldn’t be seeing the doctor I had specifically scheduled my appointment with. Instead, I was seen by someone else, and the visit felt extremely rushed.

The receptionist was friendly. I checked in, paid the amount due, and waited. A few minutes later, another nice staff lady took me to the exam room and review medication list among other things. Then Jessica came in with an assistant. They were both polite, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The exam went well. I highly recommend her.

Totally awesome, greeted as soon as I opened the office door, everyone was very courteous and helpful.
The exam was performed very professionally, all procedures were fully explained, step by step.
Overall a pleasant appointment.
