“I struggled through the Kaiser mental health system for years with pretty much no progress. After some difficult life changes, I knew I needed more support and started seeing Jessica. I’ve made more progress in a few months than I did in years with Kaiser. She’s kind, easy to talk to, nonjudgmental, and very knowledgeable. I can tell that she genuinely cares about helping me improve my life. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for kind compassionate care! ”

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me feels like stepping into a space where you are truly seen, heard, and valued. I approach every interaction with empathy, ensuring you feel understood and supported no matter where you are in your journey. My goal is to create an environment of non-judgment, where you feel safe to open up about your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of criticism or misunderstanding. With a deep commitment to providing knowledgeable guidance, I combine expertise with a compassionate approach to help you navigate challenges and find meaningful solutions. Together, we create a partnership based on trust, respect, and collaboration, empowering you to explore and grow at your own pace.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process for working with clients begins with an intake session, where we conduct a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. This allows us to gain a clear understanding of your goals, diagnosis, and whether medication, therapy, or a combination of both is the most appropriate approach for your needs. From there, we’ll decide together if we’re the right fit to work collaboratively, ensuring you receive the best care possible. If medication management is part of your treatment plan, follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes and scheduled every other week to monthly, depending on what best suits your needs and progress. This approach ensures your care is personalized and adaptable as we move forward.
