Dr. Jessica Rhodes Dimmick is the president and founder of Hearing Doctors of Iowa, Hearing Doctors of Illinois, and Hearing Doctors of Missouri, collectively known as Hearing Doctors of the Heartland. To improve access to care for Veterans, she applied for Federal contracts to administer compensation and pension exams in 2016. Since then, nearly 6,000 Veterans have been served by the Hearing Doctors of the Heartland network. As a doctor of audiology, Dr. Dimmick advocates for best practices in audiology and delivering quality treatment. After thorough assessment of a hearing disorder, she is passionate about establishing patients' ongoing needs and making both short-term and long-term treatment recommendations. Dr. Dimmick was recognized in 2018 by Fortune, Entrepreneur, and O by Oprah magazine as a leading woman in business in the Midwest. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Illinois University. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A). Dr. Dimmick is also a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA).
