Wonderful and friendly team who made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the minute I entered the office. Dr Frankel explained every test and the reason for conducting it clearly, followed by a clear explanation of the results and solutions going forward. I would highly recommend this practice.

They should have called me to let me know they could not perform a cleaning at this office due to being an audiology clinic—not an ENT—since I specified that I was interested in a cleaning in my online appointment request. But the experience was still good!

Wonderful and attentive doctor. Was extremely polite and thorough throughout the examination process and explained everything very clearly. Even gave me vitamin samples!

I’ve seen a few audiologists dealing with my hearing loss the past 5 years and Dr. Frankel was by far the friendliest and most informative of any of them. She listened to all my concerns and questions and made me feel welcomed to call or come back with anything I need. The front desk staff was wonderful as well and it was refreshing to go to an audiology office where everyone made a point to speak clearly and directly to me something I rarely experience at any doctors office even when I tell them I’m hard of hearing.

The whole team at New York City hearing is excellent. I’ve seen different doctors,there over the last two years for checkups, warranty work. etc.
I have always left feeing unrushed and cared for. Customer service is of the best of any medical office I’ve ever been to.

The visit itself was okay- a routine exam, but although i had done my research and my insurance told me there will be no copay she didnt know as she was a one woman show (probably no biller), and she said just pay me and i will return it if anything. she also said i would need a note form my doctors office although i have ppo and dont. i called my insurace back and they repeated that i have no copay and dont need a note. i called the provider bac and asked her to refund my copay and she was like you need to come to collect it as i dont have time to post it. i still havent recd my money.
She maybe a good doctor for those with hearing issues but if you are going for an annual audiology exam, avoid her. she clearly is inefficient with her billing.

Nice office, no waiting. Dr. Frankel was friendly and professional. She explained the results well, however I'm a musician/sound engineer and it was my first audiological evaluation, so I had a lot of questions, some answers of which I wasn't satisfied with. It wasn't the most comprehensive eval either (not tympanometry), maybe because my thresholds were so good...

It's always a pleasure to see Dr. Frankel. Appointments are timed well so that there is little to no waiting time and yest she spends as much time as you may need. The office staff is also very friendly and you feel quite comfortable while there.
