Jessica’s years as an operating room nurse allowed her to care for patients during some of the most critical moments of their health journeys. Witnessing the downstream effects of chronic disease and acute illness inspired her to shift toward a more proactive, preventive model of care-one centered on root-cause healing, quality of life, and long-term wellness. Functional medicine’s emphasis on optimizing health and preventing disease deeply resonated with her, ultimately leading her to join OnePeak Medical and its mission of comprehensive, lifestyle-driven, patient-centered care. In her practice, Jessica is dedicated to empowering patients through education, collaborative goal setting, and individualized treatment plans. Her clinical interests include preventive health, metabolic optimization, lifestyle medicine, and supporting patients in achieving greater longevity and vitality. As a Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR), she brings advanced assessment skills, procedural expertise, and a strong foundation in coordinated, detail-oriented care. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys embracing all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She loves running and participating in relays like Hood to Coast, as well as hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and camping throughout the Columbia Gorge. When she’s not exploring the outdoors, she can often be found baking her favorite sweets-most notably cookies or cinnamon rolls-or relaxing with a good book or puzzle.
