What is your typical process for working with clients?
After you book your appointment through Zocdoc, one of our Care Navigators will reach out via SMS message to confirm with you about the next needed steps, which include downloading our communication platform 'Healthie', filling out our intake package (questions for us to get to know more about you so we can prepare for your session), and gathering logistical information such as insurance.
During our first session, my goal is to get a good understanding of what brings you to treatment. I will have questions along the way to help me learn about you, your values, preferences, and what your current struggles are.
