About Jessica Glentz
Jessica Glentz is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an emphasis in primary care. She earned her Master's in Family Nursing from Purdue University Global. Born and raised in Arizona, she now resides in Gilbert with her fiancé and son.
Jessica has worked in the medical field for the past 10 years. As an RN, she gained experience in several areas of nursing, including home health, pediatrics, and medical-surgical observation. As a practicing NP, she has worked in primary care and addiction medicine. Her passion for helping others is what led her into the healthcare field.

I was the only patient in the building, and sat in a room for almost an hour before being seen. No apologies or explanations given by anyone. Doctor herself seems to be okay. Office needs more communication.

I really like Jessica Glentz. I'm not big on going to the doctor and she makes it very comfortable to be there. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff are very nice and friendly as well. Thank you all for making it not a uncomfortable thing to do

I would say that the NP was great. The woman at the front desk should not be in customer service. She never greets me when I come in, when she has to do anything for me ie: making a repeat appointment it’s a like an inconvience to her. Today she had me confused with another patient when getting me an order for an X-ray . I would never hire her in my private practice.

The nurse practitioner was fine but the whole experience was the most horrible I’ve never experienced. Firstly, they were very unclear when I called to book the appointment from if my insurance was in network, and if I could do a physical and skin check in one day. They made me get two appointments, which sounded weird, and I asked three times if that was ok and he assured me it was. I didn’t have any confidence in the info he was telling me so I called back two weeks later to confirm. It was the same guy and he assured me that everything was fine. My appointment was at 8:40 and I was there 15 mins early. I waited an hour and in that time, that same guy I made the appointment w/called and said he made a mistake and I had to not only cancel one of my appointments, but that I wouldn’t get a physical and now it would only be a dr consult, which I will have to pay for. It was so infuriating when I asked at least 5 times before the appointment. I will never return and hope they improve.

We booked with this doctor because we were informed she specialized in Throat concerns and she not only did not but she was aware of the false advertisement for her services through Zocdoc. We were misled and it was a waste of our time to see her.

Zocdoc has the incorrect information for this doctor/nurse. I went in for something ZocDoc said they could do but when I got there they said they don’t specialize in that. Now I’m scrambling around to find another doctor. I will not use ZocDoc again
