I chose this place and provider bc there were a bunch of excellent reviews and because I could be seen sooner rather than later with other providers. I got to my appt 15 minutes early as they recommended. Jessica showed up 30 minutes late, didn’t review my intake form or any of the information I filled out when I got to the office, cut me off multiple times when I was speaking to her, one of which was when I was trying to correct her on my name and let her know some pertinent medical information (something that she would’ve seen had she read any of the information I filled out on the new patient form). Overall the visit took care of what I needed it to take care of but I will not be coming back.
Also the clinic has a five minute grace period for patients being late while that didn’t effect me bc I was early, I just find that policy kind of extreme for a place that seemed to have no urgency when it comes to their own providers showing up to work on time.

Doctor was not very nice to me. Made me uncomfortable after I explained my experience and made me feel like I had done something wrong. I feel like around gynecology appointments my doctor should be a bit nicer and actually try to make patients feel comfortable instead of be harsh with them.
