About Jessica Rangel

I saw Jessica Rangel PA-C for my appointment. She was extremely helpful and professional. She identified and addressed my specific problems and clearly explained them. She provided solutions to my situation and did not rush me through my appointment. She was a great listener and very personable.

I booked an appt on zoc doc, I stated the reason was for asthma and that I need an inhaler, I called the office to also let them know the same thing, apparently they said they left a voicemail because I did not answer the phone, I got there, stood behind 1 person, was not a long wait, front desk tells me they don’t do that can’t see me for asthma and that she left a voicemail, really wish that there wan email left plus text just like how they sent me an email to put my information

If you’re a new patient expect that you will not be seen in a timely manner. I did not receive new patient survey prior to appointment. Spent over an hour in waiting room “on boarding”. There was a question regarding my copay and instead of speaking with me in the lobby I was called. My phone sent that call straight to voicemail. There seemed to be no urgency in getting me to me scheduled appointment time. The actual care was excellent once I was seen by the PA.
