I am happy I made the right decision to make an appointment with Dr. Kaplan. Prescribed good meds to help fight a sinus infection and advised me about traveling with a sinus infection on an airplane. I decided to take Dr. Kaplan’s advise and stayed home rather risk a painful ear infection.

Dr Kaplan went above and beyond to help me solve a bad sinus infection prior to and international flight. He was truly an unexpected pleasant surprise and even replied to a weekend text almost immediately. This Doctor is a super hero and his PA and staff are excellent too!! What a great Dr and office!! I had a really positive experience at Dr. Kaplan’s office. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately set a different tone compared to many other medical offices I’ve visited.
The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen with very little wait time—something I truly appreciate. The office itself runs efficiently, but without feeling rushed or impersonal. You can tell there’s a well-organized system behind the scenes.
What stood out most to me was the time Dr. Kaplan took during the appointment. He clearly explained what to expect, walked me through what needs to be done, and made sure I understood everything. That level of communication is rare and made a big difference in how comfortable I felt.
Overall, the entire experience was pleasant and professional. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, and that positive energy carries through to the patient experience. It’s a well-run office with a great atmosphere, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

It was a great experience. It was very hard to find an ENT office where staff was trained and happy to deal with my ear wax problem that is chronic and impacts my hearing. Tiffany was professional, cheerful, empathetic and very competent.

I was so impressed!!! It was a last minute appointment and I was still seen right away. They listened to my concerns and the physician I saw addressed my ear pain right away. She gave me clear advice and explained what the problem was very well. I walked away with my ear pain dramatically decreased from the short procedure she did. Such relief!! I did not expect to have instant results, so I’m so pleased with the overall experience.
