“I've been doing acupuncture with Jessica for 2+ years and it has been so helpful! I had really bad period cramps, and they have resolved. I have gone from taking the max daily dose of Advil on my worst days to not taking any Advil. Recently, I went almost a month between appointments due to my schedule/ vacations, and I definitely could tell the difference. I highly recommend Jessica!”

About Jessica Silver
Jessica Silver is a graduate of New England School of Acupuncture, where she earned both a Masters in Acupuncture and a Masters in Oriental Medicine. The New England School of Acupuncture was the first acupuncture school in the United States and remains one of the most prestigious academic institutions in the field. She is licensed by the State of New York to practice acupuncture, and is a Nationally Board Certified Diplomate of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology via the NCCAOM(National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). She is also certified in Auriculotherapy by Auriculotherapy Certification Institute based in California. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Biology from Binghamton University.
Jessica is drawn to Asian medicine because of its effectiveness in treating the whole person with a non-invasive approach. In addition, she finds great value in treating the root cause of illness, and not merely the symptoms. Such depth of treatment prevents recurrence of disease and discourages new illness from occurring. Treating the root energetic imbalance also allows many symptoms to be treated and resolved simultaneously. Jessica has a strong background in the biological sciences and a keen interest and devotion to understanding and applying this ancient and powerful medicine. She is committed to providing the highest quality of care and working with her patients to achieve optimal health.
Special areas of training include women’s health, stress/anxiety and emotional disorders, digestive disorders, immune system health, facial rejuvenation, Japanese styles of acupuncture, and Chinese herbal medicine. She offers acupuncture and herbal medicine combo treatments, Japanese style with minimal-needling treatments, or herbal consultation and treatment for those not interested in acupuncture.

Jessica is the best acupuncturist I have ever had. She is so attentive, caring and truly listens to your concerns. She educates me on all of my concerns or general questions that I have (and I have a lot, lol). I always recommend her to everyone I know and talk so highly of her and her practice. She is caring, professional, friendly, and so mindful of your comfort. I am grateful to have met her because she has not only healed me, but consistently worked with me to make sure that I am happy and healthy. :) I had PCOS, and no longer do, thanks to her! I always say that I am never able to move away from NYC, because I would have to take her with me! Thank you so much for everything Jessica, you are the best.

Jessica is incredibly professional, thoughtful, accommodating, and an all around amazing acupuncturist. I’ve been seeing Jessica for a few years for fertility purposes and it made an immediate impact on my fertility journey. I always leave her practice feeling better mentally and physically. Jessica is an amazing acupuncturist and just a great person. I have been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis for many years and have attempted various treatments that yielded little to no improvement at all. I have seen Jessica approx 4 times thus far and have already gotten more lasting relief than I have ever had with other methods. While it’s still an upward battle I now have hope that there is a light at the end of this tunnel that I hadn’t had prior. Very highly recommended!

Jessica is simply the best. I started seeing her when I was having fertility issues, and she treated me through my first trimester pregnant with twins. She is super down-to-earth and thoughtful. Visits to her office were always incredibly efficient. I felt so much physical and emotional relief after each of my visits with her - not only because of the expertly-administered acupuncture, but also because it felt therapeutic to get to chat with her and get her perspective on things. Beyond just treating my fertility and pregnancy symptoms, I found in Jessica a trusted and level-headed advisor who was knowledgeable about medicine and who didn't buy into the hysteria of the fertility industry. She is a true gem who I can't recommend highly enough!

I feel like you really need to trust your acupuncturist and I can definitely vouch for how great Jessica is. No matter what issues I've had (insomnia/anxiety, allergies, muscle pains) she's been able to cater the appointment and I can definitely feel the benefits pretty soon after. She's also professional, friendly and simply easy to talk to.

I have periodically been receiving treatment for chronic back pain and headaches from Jessica for several years. Each time I need to visit I always leave with relief and as a bonus a sense of calm. I used to work in Manhattan but now live and work in Queens. It is helpful that Jessica has an office in Roslyn as it's just a hop skip and a jump for me now. Thank you Jessica for all you do to bring me relief.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Jessica on a weekly basis for a year. In that time, I found her to be accommodating in scheduling appointments and prompt with her start times, which is much appreciated from a customer service standpoint. Jessica is also friendly and interested in effectively addressing her patients’ needs. I would recommend her to those seeking acupuncture care.

Jessica is absolutely amazing. She helped me figure out my insurance situation right away when I wasn’t sure how to do it myself. She is kind and understanding and is very comforting and professional when you have to share possibly embarrassing details about your medical symptoms. She was the best and kindest person I could have asked for when I was experiencing debilitating symptoms and I genuinely believe her practice helped me tremendously physically as well as emotionally. I highly recommend her!

Since my first visit with Jessica, I felt relaxed. She listens to your concerns and works hard to ensure you are always comfortable. She is always accommodating when it comes to appointment scheduling, even getting me in the same day when I was in extreme pain.
