Welcome to Vodicka Family Health and Wellness. As the lead practitioner, I’m pleased to offer 20 years of experience in the medical field. I hold a Master’s in Family Nursing from North Park University and am a licensed FNP/BSN. I help patients from birth through older adulthood with most minor illnesses. My belief that everyone deserves good, high-quality, affordable, and convenient healthcare inspires me to treat patients in this setting.
I am here to serve you and your families, and as a mom of three, I promise to treat your family like I would my own. I was able to book an appointment for the same day, and Jessica was kind, professional, and thorough. She took the time to ask questions and really listened to my responses without making me feel rushed, and she followed up via email shortly after the appointment with a summary of the visit. I’ve also needed to follow up about my health concern, and she’s been super quick and responsive to my emails even though she is traveling. I highly recommend Jessica!

Had a great televisit with the nurse practitioner Jessica. I used to see her for screenings and flu shots when she worked with a clinic and was so excited that she opened her own practice. Really attentive and knowledgeable and a good listener. She figured out my issues quickly and wasn't afraid to use a combination of prescription and non-prescription treatments to make sure I was taken care of. Will be coming back!

Jessica was so helpful. I’ve seen several other doctors for unexplained hair loss and she suggested some simple supplements I can buy at Walgreens. I saw an improvement in the hair loss and hair health within a week. I can’t believe none of the doctors or nurses I’ve seen before considered this nutrient deficiency and I’m so happy with her ability to consider that it might just be a basic easy solution.

Jessica was very easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. She was knowledgeable and identified my child’s issue quickly over a virtual visit. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. She prescribed a treatment that only took a few days. Glad to report the issue is gone and my kid is no longer in pain! I’m so glad I tried her office. It was quick and easy.

Jessica is one of the best primary care providers that I have been to in a long time. I came to her with stomach issues and frequent headaches and she knew just the treatment that worked for me. She was very attentive in listening to my problems and her bedside manner was so professional and put me at ease. I would definitely recommend her for anyone that is looking for exceptional care!
