“My technical issues with my iPad did not allow me to hear during the session. Iâ??m really hoping to find medical assistance for psych on an as needed basis and ongoing.  This upcoming week is gonna be harder for me because my renewal of Medicaid long-term care requires physical by the end of April. I need to process a lot of things mentally. Spending endless calls to AI answering is so stressful.”

“Waste of money and a waste of time. This is the 2nd doctor I have been passed along too after my first one left the company for another job. Now I'm being sent to another doctor to see and thats going to be days away. I have been to appointments where the doctor doesnt show up but yet being recorded as a no show cause she had me scheduled for the wrong day. When all I'm trying to get is the right amount of medicine so it doesnt wear off by the night time and then I just deal with it. Its really a shame because all I take is lyrcia. Thats it. Nothing more. One star just cause the app worked this time around and didnt kick me out before my appointment everything else is a waste of resources. ð??¯”

The visit with my practitioner was great. However, the last week of miscommunication where I was trying to even get an appointment that Confidant had the appropriate and necessary communication with my provider so that an appointment could even happen was horrific. I am sad to learn that my provider is leaving and am not sure how much confidence I have without her.
