I came to this profession armed with my intense interest in the human condition and first-hand knowledge of eating disorders from my years of acting and coaching. And was blessed to be able to write clinical and popular books, speak on international stages, formulate supplements, and pen simple Paleo recipes (cookbook in the works!). As well as be dubbed a visionary and trailblazer (aw shucks!), and most of all heal thousands with innovative techniques that include functional testing, meal plans tailored to your needs, individualized supplement recommendations, mindfulness, and other mind-body-soul tools.
