The office was very nice and clean, I came for annual physical and I was trying to address issues with her and I felt very rushed, like she was just trying to get through it I told her a concern with a tooth infection and she didnt even try to treat it with antibiotics or anything. Also my out of pocket max had been met for the year but still wanted to charge have my blood drawn at the office because they have to pay someone to come do it. I am going to switch to another primary. I just didn’t like the whole vibe.

I had a great experience with Zocdoc and Dr. Yuan. Everything went so smoothly. The office texted to confirm my appt and even called and said they could take me early, which worked well for me. She listened attentively and made it an overall wonderful experience. Great bedside manner and very comfortable and thorough. After not seeing a PCP for several years, it was refreshing.
