I recently had an appointment with Jinjoo Hong, NP, and it was an incredibly positive experience. She made me feel confident about my health and myself. Her patience in answering all my questions and concerns was remarkable. While she was highly professional, she also showed a very human and empathetic side, which I truly appreciated.
Jinjoo Hong listened carefully to everything I said and provided thoughtful, thorough answers, making me feel completely at ease from the very first visit. I don’t mind driving almost two hours to see her because the care she provides is absolutely worth it.
I’m grateful to have her as my provider and highly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent, compassionate care. She is truly amazing!

Ms. Hong was very friendly as well as every staff member I encountered. My concern with previous pcp has always been a lack of attention or just feeling like I wasn't being listened to. Although it was only my initial visit today, I did feel like I was heard, so I'm hopeful that future visits will go well.

I felt rushed. I was there because I recently found out I was pregnant and I have high BP so I understand I may be high risk. I felt like she skipped over the pregnancy and because I had a decent BP reading did a quick physical and sent me on my way. She spoke fast and unclear.

The office is very clean, front desk staff is welcoming and nice. Medical assistant that took my vitals was very friendly and also did my flu shot painlessly. This was my first visit to establish myself as a new patient. The office staff was friendly and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them. The assistant who saw me first was super nice and smiled. Jinjoo was awesome. She listened to everything I told her. She had recommendations and set me up with referrals right away. I never felt like she was rushing off to see someone else. I am very pleased with Jinjoo and the entire staff and facility. I am glad I chose them for my medical services.
