Dr. Lee is caring and spends thorough time with the patient and not rushing through the appointment. She listens and responds back to what the patient tells her. Dr. Lee calls and follows up with the patient to explain test results and any further testing/treatment needed so the patient understands if everything is fine or if there are any issues.
Optum is not as good as when any doctor was in private practice. Phone system timely to get through. Appointments so far in advance. I adore DR. Lee, but honestly wish she was NOT in a medical group.
