Joely Ayes, MSN-AGPCNP, BSN, RN, is a board-certified adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She completed a fellowship in Geriatrics Medicine and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bellarmine University. As a foreign-educated physician, Ms. Ayes obtained a Master's in Medicine specializing in psychiatric care from the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, Cuba. She brings extensive leadership experience from various healthcare settings and clinical research roles. Before joining our center in 2024, Ms. Ayes worked at WellMed in Fort Pierce, FL, focusing on gerontology and psychiatric care. From 2018 to 2020, she served as a Hematology/Oncology ARNP with Treasure Health in Fort Pierce, FL, and also worked as a psychiatric RN at Kentucky One Health in Louisville, KY. Ms. Ayes is dedicated to enhancing patient well-being and quality of life through informed decision-making. She is passionate about community service and volunteering for health initiatives, especially nutrition, diabetes, and heart health education. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
