“Appointment was great doctor was nice. I had an online session and the only thing that confused me was on which platform the session was supposed to be held, since I didn't get any instructions on how to join the session. I ended up receiving a phone call to the number I provided, but I didn't know that I was going to get a call until after my appointment time had already started and I received the call. Just wanted to write a heads up to everyone that if you book an online appointment you will receive a phone call within the normal wait time you would at a doctor's office.”

I arrived 10minutes early and the patient before me was still waiting. The assistant was nice, she took my paperwork. I waited 30minutes before she took me to the exam room and wrote down my vitals. I met with Dr Bedeaux for a rectal problem, probably hemorroids. He did not even take a look. I just sat there fully clothed, he asked couple of questions and rushed straight to cancer and colonoscopy that could be done the next day. When I asked if that is the only and most common explanation for my symptoms he said no, that there is an easy explanation that doesn't require a procedure with anesthesia! Prescribed a treatment that doesn't even apply to the area where the problem was. I will not be following up with him.
