Dr. Schaefer has been my primary care doctor since 1986. He is very caring and really listens to his patients. If an last min. appointment needs to be handled they seem to be able to fit me in that day. Sometimes he can even call in a prescription for you if you can't make it into the office if you are that ill. He is an excellent doctor.

As always, my appt started right on time and Dr Schaefer was very thorough in asking about most recent (diagnosed and resolved) issues and had a tip or two related to the aches, pains and slight memory loss related to the aging process. Since we moved back to Indy eleven years ago and I was introduced to Dr S. by a nurse friend I have found him to be the most caring and competent physician I've ever known. And that includes my outstanding experience as a Cleveland Clinic patient.
From diagnosis to resolution to caring he's the best.
