Dr. Kelsey works with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, psychosis, and neuropsychiatric disorders. His background in both psychiatry and neurology allows him to take a holistic approach—addressing emotional wellbeing, brain function, and the social context that shapes each person’s experience. Before joining Growing Minds Mental Health Services, Dr. Kelsey trained at Harbor-UCLA and California Pacific Medical Center, where he also presented clinical research on conditions at the intersection of psychiatry and neurology. He currently serves as a physician specialist in the Department of Psychiatry at Harbor-UCLA and as a psychiatrist with the Los Angeles County Office of Diversion and Reentry, supporting individuals through treatment and rehabilitation.
