I provide patient-centered, compassionate mental health care and am committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and specialize in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Sleep disorders, PTSD, and Bipolar disorder.
I also take a holistic approach to your treatment, actively listening to you and involving you in shared decision-making. I prioritize informing you about your mental health, ensuring that you understand your diagnosis and treatment options in a clear, approachable way, thereby helping you feel empowered and in control of your care. Respect for your dignity, your values, and your autonomy is central to my clinical approach.
I’m motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during some of your most challenging moments. Supporting you as you move through treatment and seeing improvement in your mood, confidence, relationships, and your daily functioning is what I find most rewarding about my work.
