He also participated in extensive sports medicine training, working with world-renowned physician teachers. Through this experience, he mastered advanced arthroscopic techniques and skills that now enable him to manage injuries involving the shoulders, knees, hips, ankles, elbows, and wrists. These minimally invasive techniques often result in lower complication rates and shorter recovery times. Dr. O'Keefe employs both surgical and non-surgical methods to treat musculoskeletal trauma, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases, helping his patients improve motion, return to work, and regain an active lifestyle. A cornerstone of his philosophy is enhancing flexibility and strength.
