Dr. Rossi, the psychiatric nurse practitioner, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options for medication management without rushing. They offer both in-person visits and virtual options, which is perfect for my schedule. The office is clean, modern, and easy to access, and the support staff handled my insurance (Aetna) seamlessly. 5/5 stars!

I’ve lived with intense, generalized anxiety for years — the kind that made my heart race constantly, kept me up at night, and made even simple daily tasks feel overwhelming. I’d tried multiple medications, talk therapy, and lifestyle changes, but the constant worry and tension never fully lifted. Dr. Rossi is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to really hear my story without rushing me, explained ketamine treatment in a clear, reassuring way, and made me feel completely safe every step of the process. The absolute best mental health provider that I’ve ever been to! We have seen quite a few for our kids, as well as myself, and he is so attentive, explains everything fully (especially medications) and his offices are beautiful! Felt like more of a spa than a mental health clinic. 100% recommend!
