As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years in healthcare & focused psychiatric experience, I understand how complex mental health can feel — especially when it impacts work, school, or relationships. I specialize in comprehensive ADHD evaluations & treatment, anxiety disorders, depression, and substance use care. My approach goes beyond quick prescriptions. I provide thoughtful, thorough assessments and collaborative treatment plans tailored specifically to your goals. Most visits are conducted virtually for convenience, with limited in-person availability.
At the heart of my practice is a belief that every person deserves to feel seen, understood, and supported. What should a new client know about working with you?
I provide telehealth coverage across Minnesota, Alaska, New Mexico, Massachusetts, Montana, and Oregon. In my practice, I focus exclusively on PSYCHIATRIC DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION AND TREATMENT for ADHD, GENERALIZED ANXIETY, FLIGHT ANXIETY, PANIC ATTACKS, DEPRESSION, OCD, AND OTHER MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS. FORMAL ADHD TESTING AND RESULTS ARE AVAILABLE WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. I PROVIDE MEDICATION MANAGEMENT AND FOLLOW-UPS. Visits are virtual, structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on accurate diagnosis, evidence-based prescribing, and ongoing monitoring of symptoms, side effects, and treatment response.
Appointments include a focused clinical assessment, discussion of medication options, benefits and risks, and shared decision-making. While brief supportive check-ins may occur as part of medication follow-up, this practice does not provide formal psychotherapy. Patients who would benefit from therapy are encouraged to engage with a licensed therapist alongside medication treatment.
The goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized medication care in a respectful, efficient, and transparent manner—supporting patients in achieving symptom stability and improved daily functioning.
