Getting to know Jonathan Hauser

I have been in practice for over 35 years and I have been been able to work in many different settings with many different clients. I have experience working with adults who are experiencing relationship issues. depression and anxiety, as well as stress and trauma. I have worked with clients who were severely impacted by these issues and with clients who were seeking to overcome limitations and fully realize their potential. For about the past 9 years (ending in April 2024) I worked as a DOD civilian psychologist on post at Fort Moore (aka Fort Benning.) I worked with many active duty service members; I was able to continue providing services to some members after they retired. I worked with many soldiers with multiple GWOT combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. I have much experience treating deployment stress (including PTSD) and its effect on the soldier and his or her family. I also have much experience helping active duty personnel making the transition back to civilian life. During my last two years on post I provided psychotherapy to members of a SOCOM unit on post.
