First off, I was welcomed by two lovely ladies that were laughing with one another and included me in feeling comfortable in the waiting area! They were sweet and professional to a tee! Dr. Lee was right on time and knew exactly why I was there and was ready to provide me with my request, as long as everything checked out! He is so personable and easy to talk to. This has been the only doctor and doctors office staff I have ever felt comfortable with to be myself! I absolutely hold the entire staff with high regard!!! Thank you Dr. lee and your front counter staff for making me feel comfortable, cared for and most of all, that I am the most important patient there!!!

Dr. Jonathan Lee took his time to genuinely listen to me. He never interrupted me, even to ask questions, but instead waited until I finished talking. I appreciate that so much. It shows he cares about helping. I am an individual who is admittedly a bit more on the sensitive side and yet found absolutely no offense throughout the entire experience. The office staff were extremely professional, accommodating, and attentive to me regarding any of my concerns and scheduling further appointments. The exam room was clean, all personnel followed COVID-19 protocol. Dr. Lee was attentive, engaged regarding feedback. I didn't feel rushed and Dr. Lee was on time, thorough, and made me feel that my time was valuable. Office staff also ensured my privacy, and all were respectful of me as well as others. The climate, or atmosphere if you will was comfortable because employees were upbeat and were pleasant..

Dr Lee remembered me after 6 months for the 1st time. He was extremely knowledgeable about my health history and concerned. I would have seen him sooner but the covid-19 situation held that up. I can highly recommend Dr Lee!
