The doctor was late, however because he is an OBGYN you kind of expect delays at times. The waiting room has lots of books in spanish. They should also have them in english. The office staff was pleasant.

He's a friendly doctor I felt very comfortable dealing with him I will definitely be back it was nice to have a doctor that was closer to my age I only wish he was a little closer but I will continue to use him for birth control and yearly pap smears.

The doctor was cool but the staff and front desk need a class on being professional and how to provide good customer service! I didn't like the atmosphere of the office as I've been to other offices and felt a more welcoming experience! I was handed a paper cup to pee in with no top and no wipe packet. The bathroom was very tight, small and not clean enough for me. The Spanish lady at the front desk greeted me with an attitude because I declined to fill out registration paperwork over again after completing them through ZocDoc. She stated she couldn't get the paperwork from the system but that's not my problem. Maybe they shouldn't use the service if they can't access the required information. Nobody checked my height and weight as a first time patient and during my exam there wasn't a female nurse or staff member in the room to assist the doctor. Nowadays I believe it's a good practice to do so to avoid negative claims by patients. I did not enjoy my overall experience but the doctor came in and did what I needed and I'm thankful for that.

The doctor was nice but the wait time was horrible. I would not go again unless it was a dire emergency and I had no other doctor to go to.
