Jonathan Zinberg is a friendly and capable gastroenterologist based in Cedarhurst, NY. Front desk was inconsiderate. My first appointment was moved from 5:00-5:30. Secretary called to inform me at 4:30 which I agreed. My second appointment was 3:30 and I was 20 minutes late because I was very dizzy and lightheaded due to my HPN medications but the secretary berated me without even giving me the time to explain. People in the frontdesk should be friendlier and considerate because they are the frontliners to customer/patient service.
