Given that your location is not easy to find and there is no direct contact number available, I strongly recommend notifying first-time patients in advance with clear directions or landmarks. This small step could significantly reduce confusion and improve the patient experience.
Unfortunately, my mother and I were caught in the rain trying to locate your office, and despite arriving shortly after, we were informed that the grace period had lapsed and we would not be seen. While I understand scheduling constraints, the lack of flexibility and empathy shown—especially from the receptionist—was disappointing.
In the future, I encourage your team to be more proactive in helping new patients navigate the location and to approach situations like these with more understanding, especially when the frustration is clearly due to preventable communication gaps

Dr. Lee and his staff are great. They helped me out very much getting my insurance on record and didn’t charge me for the visit. I will go back. Dr. Lee listened to my situation and I am confident that he will watch my thyroid and cholesterol.
