I had an appointment with Dr Hinojosa I messaged them about the text I got about an appt with a Dr I never requested they messaged back saying I requested appt with a doctor I never requested and I let them know it was not adr I scheduled with and I had a screenshot of it when I made it with Dr Hinojosa. And didn’t hear back about it again . Next 2 days got a schedule reminder for appointment with the same Dr they said I scheduled with so I canceled appointment and no one ever contacted me . Horrible customer service I would not recommend.Ill be Finding a new Dr office

I have been looking for a dermatologist for a while now and I went on Zocdoc, and found Doctor Hinojosa with an available appointment that same day. I was not sure what to expect, but the office staff and the Doctor were absolutely AMAZING. Everyone was very friendly and Doctor Hinojosa listened and explained exactly what was going on and what I should do moving forward.. DEFINITELY TOP TIER SERVICE

I scheduled an appointment with a Dr. Jorge Hinojosa, and when I got there, I got attended by another person who is a physician assistant. I got no problem on PA, but I did not schedule the appointment with the PA, I made the appointment with the doctor. Do not like that. The office should call me and let me know if I agreed with that option.
